Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the hat must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for returning. Obtain return authorization and shipping instructions before sending your parcel. Our return address is 12 Rue Antonio Vivaldi, 91630 Guibeville, France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photos may help us assess it. Items with damage, a defect or a fulfillment error are assessed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns, and the unused/original-condition requirement does not exclude a claim about the problem itself. We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect.
Return costs
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including any applicable international shipping costs to our return address in France. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help checking the status of an approved refund.
