Free shipping throughout the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. We exclude US territories, APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The daily cut-off is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time); it does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day start their handling period that day. Orders placed at or after the cut-off, on weekends or holidays start on the next business day.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the hat must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Contact [email protected] for authorization. Returns go to 12 Rue Antonio Vivaldi, 91630 Guibeville, France.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including any applicable international shipping costs to our return address in France. There is no restocking fee. We cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects.

After a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help checking the status of an approved refund.

Each product page includes material-specific care guidance. Wool felt should be brushed and spot cleaned without soaking; raffia should be kept dry and protected from crushing.
